Ellie is scheduled to attend the 30 Years of Terror Halloween Convention

the Halloween Returns to Haddonfield 25th Anniversary Convention back in 2003 - to which she had a blast (as did those of you who had the opportunity to meet her!). If you're
planning on attending, snap a photo for us and send it along!
As of today, tickets are still available. Check out the official 30 Years of Terror
Web site for all the details!

Ellie's Directorial Debut ...
Well, folks ... we do finally have a bit of new Ellie news to report for 2008.
According to this recent Fangoria article, Ellie and her fellow
Halloween 4 & 5 co-star Danielle Harris are slated to make their
directorial debuts in the new anthology film, Prank. The film is
being produced by Halloweenmovies.com Webmaster Anthony Masi and
Thommy Hutson.
According to the article, the idea for Prank occurred earlier this year, when Masi and Hutson were brainstorming
and agreed that the time is right for a good new anthology film.
Says Masi: “We came up with the idea of stories
revolving around pranks that go terribly wrong. In one story, a group of friends are playing a game where
they dial seven-letter names. One girl dials her own name and reaches a guy who decides to turn the
tables on her. In the second, a woman is waiting for her boyfriend to come home. Things start
happening, paranoia sets in and then the phone rings … The third is set at a ’60s-themed murder-mystery party,
where people really start dying and the killer turns out to be somebody from one of the partygoers’ past.
The wraparound concerns an editor and cub reporter doing research late at night who come upon these
stories. Of course, something will happen to them as well.”
Ellie and Danielle will each be directing one segment of the anthology. Should be fun and interesting!

December 2007
Well folks, it's been a fairly quiet year on the Ellie front. There haven't been a whole lot of projects on which to report, and Ellie hasn't been out n' about as much as in recent years.
This site is serving more as an archive to Ellie's past work and interests, and we hope the site continues to be useful to her fans.
Ellie does celebrate her 44th birthday on December 15th, and we wish her health and happiness for 2008!
